Job summary

Heritage Oaks Management Enterprises USA LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Resident Care Manager to perform resident health assessments, oversee medication supervision, and coordinate care with physicians and home health providers in collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing with active state licensure required.
• Two years of relevant nursing experience required.
