Marquis Companies is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RN) in Las Vegas to lead and coordinate MDS assessments and care planning for residents. You will work with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, families, and nursing staff to ensure quality of life and care, leveraging Marquis systems and EMR/EHR tools.

The role requires an active RN license and 2–3 years of RN experience, with preferred long-term care exposure and potential for nurse supervision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training provided to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN

As a Resident Care Manager (RCM) your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role will include coordination with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Nurse to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 – 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
• You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
