Job summary

Marquis Companies in Nevada seeks a Resident Care Manager (RCM) RN to coordinate and complete resident assessments (MDS) in line with current regulations. You will liaise with physicians, care teams, families and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2-3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• RNs with long-term care experience and nurse supervisor experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and coordinate resident assessments (MDS) and care plans.
• Coordinate with Physicians, healthcare providers, and inter-disciplinary teams to meet residents' needs.
• Work with Charge Nurse, CNA, and Medication Nurse to ensure quality of life and care.
• Experience with electronic medical records and charting systems is preferred.

As a Resident Care Manager (RCM) your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role will include coordination with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Nurse to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 - 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
