Marquis Companies is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Resident Care Manager In-Training program. Overview

Resident Care Manager In-Training - RN

We provide extensive training before assigning you to a specific facility. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident in your role as an administrator, responsible for the safety and well-being of residents and staff. We focus on thoroughly teaching Marquis standards and expectations.

Training Program Details

The training occurs at one of our Post-Acute Rehab facilities in the Portland Metro Area. It is a paid, full-time position covering all shifts to familiarize you with clinical operations. Upon completion, you will transition into a full-time RCM role, managing complex healthcare needs, coordinating with healthcare providers, and overseeing resident assessments (MDS) in compliance with regulations.
