Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides care following established nursing service objectives and standards.
• Distributes and documents medications according to regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with physicians, home health agencies, and family.
• Responds to emergency situations.
• Ensures documentation complies with regulations and standards.
• Communicates with residents and families regarding treatment and care.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required.
