Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and Develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor health conditions and communicate findings to physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Provide wound care and IV therapy as needed.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs; support nursing staff and training.
