Job summary

Castle Senior Living, Inc in New Berlin, Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate part-time Caregiver to provide personal care and assist residents with daily living activities in a warm, supportive environment where dignity and respect are central to every interaction. The role features weekday shifts with every other weekend rotation and potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or a High School student with an active CNA license.
• Passion for caring for and serving others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CBRF certifications preferred.
• Medication Administration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assisting residents during meals and meal preparation.
• Supporting medication and treatment administration as assigned.
• Performing housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Training and mentoring new team members as needed.
• Supporting resident health, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Position Summary
