Responsibilities

• Oversee development and facilitation of resident‑directed programming.
• Assess resident needs and incorporate goals into service plans.
• Coordinate orientation, identify concerns, and ensure care plan alignment.
• Lead staff mentorship, provide training, and ensure program implementation.
• Schedule coordination and on‑floor hands‑on care as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with families and staff while promoting resident wellbeing.
• Support advanced directives understanding and ensure adherence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with DON and leadership to deliver performance reviews.
