Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and conveys report from the previous shift.
• Assists with ADLs and mobility.
• Assists with meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provides services per Resident service plans including bathing and toileting assistance.
• Maintains infection control and a clean environment.
• Notifies nurse or supervisor of changes in Resident status.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
