Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC seeks a Resident Services Aide to assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and social recreation. Provide support in a home-like environment while following care plans and infection control protocols.

Role reports to Health Services Director/Designee and involves observing resident status, reporting changes, and supporting staff orientation within a confidential and respectful setting.

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles.
• Ability to perform all position responsibilities adequately.
• Keeps information confidential.
• Maintains acceptable attendance and reliability.
• Adequate English speaking and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards.
• Provide services per Resident service plans (bathing, toileting, transfer, mobility).
• Maintain infection control procedures and a clean, safe environment.
• Observe and report changes in Resident status to appropriate staff.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and support social recreational activities.
