Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans residents' apartments and public areas according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Performs laundry duties in commercial facilities.
• Follows schedules and established procedures for cleaning.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicates effectively with residents and staff; follows written and oral instructions.
• Maintains sanitary conditions and reports supply needs to supervisor.
• Performs other housekeeping tasks as assigned by the lead.
