Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas according to a schedule and established procedures. You will also perform all laundry duties in our commercial laundry facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 1–3 years related experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary conditions as directed, following established standards.
• Follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning agents and supplies.
• Relate information concerning a resident’s condition when needed.
• Use supplies prudently and report needs for replenishment.
• Operate equipment such as buffers, extraction machines, vacuums and commercial laundry equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
