CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper responsible for cleaning residents' apartments and public areas as per schedule and procedures. You will also handle laundry in our commercial facilities, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Fluent English required for communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas as assigned according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed.
• Follow written and oral instructions on mixing cleaning agents and disinfectants.
• Interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Relate information concerning a resident's condition when needed.
• Use supplies economically and report needs for replenishment.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums, and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
