Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to administer medications to residents under a licensed nurse's direction in a skilled nursing facility in Virginia Beach. This full-time position requires accuracy, compassion, and adherence to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide.
• Must pass the QMA competency evaluation if required by state.
• Must have a HS diploma or be currently enrolled.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
• Perform medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse in accordance with state policies.
