You will assist with bed-making, feeding, laundry, and activities, while maintaining clean and safe resident rooms and common areas. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: support residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: identify and report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring attention.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
