Qualifications

• Non-clinical bedside and facility tasks to support daily care.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services: assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: support activities and social programs to engage residents.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: identify and report concerns or safety issues promptly.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
