Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to support residents’ daily care and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

This role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. You will assist nursing services with non-clinical tasks, help with meals, encourage participation in activities, keep rooms and common areas tidy, aid with resident laundry, follow safety policies, and report concerns

Qualifications

• Accurate documentation of information and following care procedures.
• Clear, patient communication with residents and colleagues.
• Caring attitude toward residents’ well-being.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals per dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: support residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: help with resident laundry as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: identify and report safety concerns promptly.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
