Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide compassionate support to residents, help with daily care tasks, meals, and a safe, welcoming environment. You will assist with bed-making, supply gathering, and answering call lights in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, able to work independently or with a team, and communicate clearly while showing patience and respect for residents.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Assist with meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines.
• Encourage participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
