Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by charge nurse. Communicate information about residents' condition and care verbally and in writing.
• Walk with ambulatory residents or push in a wheelchair; safely perform movements such as lifting, bending, and reaching with or without accommodations; assist with personal needs.
• Comb hair and nail care for residents; provide assistance with personal grooming.
