Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services' Cityview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. The role requires an active CNA license, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and candidates must be at least 16 years old.

Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist resident in daily requirements and tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake, care of hair, nails, moving residents from area to area, responding to calls.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to residents to Charge Nurse.
