Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for Cityview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role provides routine resident care under the direction of the nursing team.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. Must have CNA license and be at least 16 years old with a preference for long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must hold valid CNA license (Certified Nurse Aide).
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred; age 16+.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care and services to residents per assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with daily tasks: bathing, feeding, mobility, and dressing.
• Observe and report vital signs and changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain safety and handle tasks per care policies and procedures.
• Document observations and contribute to resident care plans.
