Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Hospitality Aide at Town and Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boerne, TX. The role provides non-clinical care to residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, assisting with daily activities, meals, grooming and mobility.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.
• Ability to complete assignments while having constant interruptions.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident assignment schedule as directed by the charge nurse.
• Assist residents with personal care tasks and grooming.
• Provide pre/post meal grooming and assist to dining room.
• Answer call lights promptly and handle non-direct care requests.
• Promote safety and report any needs to the nurse.
• Assist with activities and daily routines around the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and resident areas.
