Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services at The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Spring, TX is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide non-clinical care under the Charge Nurse and support residents with daily activities in a caring, respectful manner.

The role requires at least 16 years of age, clear communication, and a willingness to perform grooming, mobility assistance, and mealtime support in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.
• Ability to complete assignments while having constant interruptions.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident assignment schedule as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal needs.
• Provide grooming, hygiene, and oral care assistance.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to non-direct care requests.
• Help residents with meals and moving safely, including transfers as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and report changes to nursing staff.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and escalate as required.
• Uphold Universal Safety Precautions and assist in drills.
