Woodsfield Health Care Center is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage resident trust funds, daily banking, and routine reconciliations. The role emphasizes compliance with Medicaid/Medicare rules, accurate cash posting, and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in healthcare billing, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a collaborative team mindset. Weekend/evening availability may be required to support operations.

Competenze

• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement processes.
• Consolidation of resident billing and trust accounts.
• Completion of daily cash/check deposits and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage the resident trust fund and daily banking.
• Post cash, perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Social Security, State and Medicaid regulations.
• Handle collections and Social Security Rep Payee duties.
