Job summary

Pillar of Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated CNA for first shift (6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday) to support residents with care needs and coordinate appointments. You will advocate for residents, support the care team, and uphold best practices in survey readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from the State of Iowa is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to doctor appointments and regular appointments.
• When no appointments, help where ever is needed on any units.
• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team.
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices.
