Job summary

Pillar of Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to assist residents with daily needs and provide excellent care in a supportive environment.

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with EOW required. Offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus (not for PRN), shift differentials, and a range of benefits including health plans and 401K. Growth opportunities and a positive team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant license from the State of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
• Travel with resident to doctor appointments
