Meadowview Assisted Living Center is seeking a Resident Care Director to lead the assisted living community. The role partners with the Executive Director and Medical Director to sustain top-quality care for each resident.

The position is full-time with days shifts. The candidate will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a compassionate, dignified living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA).
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
