Job summary

Meadowview Assisted Living Center is seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee the overall management and success of the assisted living community. You will work with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of care for every resident.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license in North Carolina, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Active CPR certification from an AHA-approved provider.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
