Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to provide leadership for Assisted Living, Terrace Club and Reminiscence neighborhoods. You will oversee service planning, lead care teams, and collaborate with clinical partners to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, evaluating residents, scheduling staff, coordinating move-ins, and monitoring resident conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood in compliance with Sunrise standards
• Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans
• Create staffing schedules based on resident needs
• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director
• Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with families
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement
