Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, seeks a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to function as an LPN/RN for Mother of Perpetual Help Residence. The RCC will manage resident care and supervise nursing staff to ensure high‑quality services in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse in Missouri.
• Experience working with a geriatric population.
• Strong interpersonal, initiative, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the provision of high‑quality care by nursing staff.
• Plans and delegates care assignments with 24‑hour scheduling.
• Provides case management with pre‑occupancy screening and referrals.
• Involves family in resident care decisions and updates.
• Observes residents’ physical and mental condition and reviews charts.
• Coordinates with pharmacy for medications and supplies.
