Job summary

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for CRSS Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role is responsible for the well-being of residents through the delivery of high-quality services in a manner that complies with applicable laws and regulations.

The LPN assists in the management of all resident care under the supervision of the Resident Care Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• At least 4 years previous work experience in Long Term Care.
• Be familiar with state and federal guidelines as it pertains to Assisted Living Facilities.
• Must be Electronic Health Record literate.

Responsibilities

• Uses the Nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate resident needs.
• Supervises, instructs, and mentors CNAs and CMTs ensuring high-quality care.
• Promotes maximum care level for each resident physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and policy.
