Job summary

Homestead of Atchison seeks a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead our nursing team on site. The RCC must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and will work under the Executive Director to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience leading nursing teams or supervising staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team under the Executive Director.
• Review and supervise adherence to policies for total patient care.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations including infection control and resident rights.
• Assist residents with admissions and ensure Kansas and Federal requirements are met.
