We are seeking to hire an LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse

• $29.58 to $32 per hour based on skills and experience.
• Full and Part-Time: 2:30pm to 11pm.

Qualifications of LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited program of Licensed Practical Nursing - LPN.

LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary

• Participate in collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care including education for the residents.

• Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
