Job summary

The Landings of Rocky Mount Mills is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to support residents' health and well-being by coordinating care services, managing care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role collaborates with the Executive Director, clinicians, and care staff to create a safe, nurturing, and person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Active LPN or RN license preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
