Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to support daily resident care services and coordinate frontline caregiving teams within our Assisted Living communities.

You will work closely with the Health & Wellness Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and positive resident experiences while upholding Charter’s mission to Enhance the Human Spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living roles preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of resident care services within the community.
• Assist with scheduling, supervision, and support of caregiving staff.
• Monitor quality of care and resident wellbeing.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development of care associates.
• Partner with the Health & Wellness Director to maintain compliance with community policies and state regulations.
• Communicate resident needs and condition changes appropriately.
• Assist with care coordination and implementation of resident care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented, and resident-focused culture.
