Qualifications

• Experience supervising resident care staff.
• Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures.
• Ability to coordinate training and education of staff.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct supervision of resident care staff, including monitoring performance and coaching as needed.
• Coordinates training and education of resident care staff on an ongoing basis.
• Verifies hours and schedules to ensure proper coverage within budget.
• Observes residents health status and reports changes to Health and Wellness Director.
• Assists in medication management and documentation according to Brookdale policies.
• Monitors medication administration and responds to emergencies or changes in resident condition.
• Communicates with families regarding residents' needs and health plans.
