Job summary

Qualifications

• MT licensure as LPN or RN required.
• Active AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the care of residents in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar facility.
• Schedules and trains care staff, and ensures that clinical services are delivered in accordance with regulations and professional standards.
• Communicates with families and medical professionals as needed, and ensures care plans for residents are properly documented and updated.
• Provide care and compassion to foster the resident’s physical and emotional well-being.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to improve safety and care.

Education

Montana Licensure (LPN) or Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
