Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires ADN with Montana RN licensure and BLS; BSN preferred. Expect opportunities for ongoing education and participation in stroke and trauma training as part of routine practice.

Qualifications

• Must have ADN and MT RN license and BLS certification.
• Ability to practice modified primary nursing.
• Stroke and trauma education requirements including annual updates.

Responsibilities

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation (Assessment).
• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis).
• Identifies expected outcomes individualized to the patient or situation.
• Develops a plan of care with strategies to achieve expected outcomes.
• Implements the plan of care.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Completes two hours of verifiable trauma-related education annually.
• Stroke competency and related training per policy.
