Job summary

Spring Gardens Senior Living in Orem, Utah is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to join our health services team. You will lead service delivery for residents, coordinate medication administration, and support caregivers and med techs in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds CNA and Med Tech certifications, with experience in an assisted living or nursing home setting, and a passion for compassionate, quality care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA and Med Tech Certification, plus experience caring for elderly in assisted living or nursing home settings.

Responsibilities

• Fill gaps in Caregiver/Med Tech schedule and cover regular shifts as needed.
• Maintain Caregiver/Med Tech schedule.
• Assist with new hire training as assigned by administration.
• Maintain MAR and medications; manage a organized medication cart.
• Coordinate with Home Health and Hospice providers.
• Organize and assist with medical transports.
• Maintain shift-change notes and communicate with administration.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by Head RCC.
