Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer resident services in line with policies and regulations.
• Report to the Executive Director.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Monitor compliance with policies on meals, activities, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Oversee admissions and ensure state and federal requirements are met.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacy as required.
• Assist in staff selection, orientation, and supervision.
• Maintain communication with families regarding care and agreements.
