Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Duluth, MN seeks a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and build meaningful relationships. You will be at the center of our mission, helping residents with daily tasks and documenting observations with attention to detail.

Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new Associates, uphold our nonprofit values, and contribute to a respectful, empowering care environment for seniors in the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• BLS Certification is required.
