Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Rochester, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to help maintain a comfortable living environment.

You will observe, document care, and assist with onboarding of new Associates, contributing to a respectful, resident-centered culture with strong teamwork and clear communication. Applicant must be 18+, complete medication training, and hold a BLS certificate.

Qualifications

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks independently.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
