St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, observation, and helping residents participate in activities with dignity and respect. You will document observations, assist with onboarding of new associates, and collaborate with a caring team to deliver high-quality support across our Minnesota locations.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment as required by statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment.
• Provide observation and documentation of residents.
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates.
