Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical daily care, keep rooms clean, and maintain a welcoming environment.

You will assist with meals, respond to call lights, and help the nursing team with essential tasks, always prioritizing safety and compassion. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, working well independently or with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
