Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate love, compassion, and dignity in service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee safety of residents and team members.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, reflecting values of love, compassion, and dignity.
• Participates in learning opportunities through seminars, staff meetings, and other experiences.
