Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness and safety in a community setting. The role involves cleaning rooms, common areas, and offices, restocking supplies, and interacting courteously with residents. Requires ability to lift, bend, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Work is performed with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans room as assigned, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms.
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies.
• Relates to residents in a courteous, understanding, and cooperative manner.
• Cleans office areas and other common areas per schedule.
• Ensures all supplies and equipment are labeled and stored appropriately.
• Inventories housekeeping supplies and submits orders.
