Harmony Senior Services in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents. Responsibilities include observing residents, reporting concerns, assisting with meals and activities, and following policies.

A HS diploma or GED and completion of a PCA program are required, with CPR/First Aid certification encouraged or obtainable within 60 days.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide quality care and observe care needs and concerns.
• Report incidents and changes to nursing staff and supervisor.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and safety.
