Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, observe and document, and assist with onboarding of new Associates.

This role requires strong English communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and BLS certification; training in medication administration is required. This is an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training program.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The RA supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
