Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Anoka, MN seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment.

You will observe, document, and assist with onboarding of new Associates, ensuring a safe, respectful and empowering living setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, read and write in English, and hold required medication administration training and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
