Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Current certification, State of Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
• Medication Aide certificate.
• Must have corrected vision and hearing in the normal range.
• Must have excellent communication skills to perform daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and perform Medication aide and Nurse aide functions under supervision.
• May perform tasks within the scope of a State-Tested Nursing Assistant during non-medication hours.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 4723-27 for Medication Administration by CMA.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Display service excellence and uphold organizational mission and resident rights.
• Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and practices to ensure quality job performance and regulatory compliance.
